| A 50-year-old female patient, with a medical history of hypertension and surgical removal of a large bowel polyp, presented with iron deficiency anemia. An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed irregular surface of the mucosa in the gastric cardia, a large polyp which filled almost the whole fundus of the stomach.
